Taking a break, deleting, your data, login and notifications.
- How do I take a break from Vennu?Hide yourself in the modes you don't want to use: in Edit profile, under Options, turn off Show me in Love Mode or Show me in Friends Mode. Your account and profile stay as they are.
- How do I delete my account?In the app: Profile tab → gear icon → Settings → scroll down → Delete account. Deleting is immediate and can't be undone. It doesn't cancel a subscription — cancel that in the App Store or Google Play.
- Can I get my account back after deleting it?No. Deletion is immediate and permanent — we can't restore your profile, matches or messages. You can sign up again with a new, empty account.
- How do I download my data?In the app: Profile tab → gear icon → Contact & FAQ → Request my data. You get a file with your data right away. You can do this once every 30 days.
- How do I change my phone number?You can't change your phone number in the app yet. Contact us from the email address in your account, and a person will help you.
- How do I change my email address?You can't change your email in the app yet. Contact us from your current email or with the phone number in your account, and a person will help you.
- I can't log inSign in the same way you signed up: with your phone number, Apple or Google. Lost your number? Tap Log in with email. If your account was suspended, you'll see a message that explains what to do.
- I think my account was hackedContact us right away from the email in your account. Then secure your phone number, email, Apple ID or Google account — that's what gives access to Vennu. Never share a login code with anyone.
- What are profile insights?Profile insights is a VIP feature that shows how your profile is doing: likes received compared with the period before, when you get the most views, your best photo, and tips. Only you see your numbers.
- How do I manage notifications?In the app: Profile tab → gear icon → Notifications. Turn each kind of push notification on or off, and choose whether you want emails from Vennu.
- What does Vennu do with my data?We use your data to run Vennu and keep it safe. We don't sell your personal information and don't share it for targeted advertising. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.
