vennu lives on respect, honesty and the real spirit of your city. So that this stays a place where everyone feels safe and seen, these rules apply to every interaction.

Be yourself.

Real photos, real name or nickname, real intent. Fake profiles are banned. Photos and profiles are moderated, and you can verify your photos with a selfie that a person reviews.

Be respectful.

Zero tolerance for harassment, hate speech, discrimination, sexual aggression or threats. A "no" is respected. Period.

Protect your privacy.

Share personal info only once trust is built. Meet for the first time in a public place.

Safety first at events.

  • Tell someone where you're going.
  • Drink responsibly. Never leave your drink unattended.
  • Leave a group the moment you feel uncomfortable.
  • Emergency? Call 911 in the U.S. (112 in the EU).

No commercial use.

No sales, no ads in chats. Business partnerships only via support@vennuapp.com.

Report what doesn't fit.

Every profile can be reported in one tap, from the profile or the chat. Our safety team reviews within 24 hours. Direct: reports@vennuapp.com

Consequences

  • Warning & temporary suspension.
  • Content removal.
  • Permanent account ban.
  • Reporting to authorities for criminal offenses.

How we handle harassment reports

  • Every report is reviewed by a person on our safety team.
  • Reports about threats or violence, minors, and intimate images are reviewed first.
  • We aim to review every report within 24 hours.
  • Reports are confidential. We never tell the reported member who reported them.
  • When you report someone, they are also blocked for you right away.
  • Depending on what we find, we remove content, issue a warning, suspend the account for a period of time, or ban it permanently.
  • Suspended and banned members see the reason and can appeal by email to support@vennuapp.com.
  • No account? Report to reports@vennuapp.com.
  • Intimate images shared without consent: use our removal request form. We remove the image within 48 hours of a valid request.
