Report and block
If someone makes you uncomfortable or breaks our rules, report them. It takes a few taps and it is confidential — we never tell the other person who reported them.
- In the app: open their profile or your chat with them and tap report. You can also report groups, messages in group chats and events, and — from the Safety Center in the app — someone you matched with in the last 30 days.
- Reporting blocks them for you straight away. Unmatching also ends the chat and stops them contacting you.
- What happens next: a person on our safety team reviews every report — threats, minors and intimate images first — and we aim to review each one within 24 hours. We may remove content, warn, suspend or ban. Details are in our Safety Policy.
