Report and block
If someone makes you uncomfortable or breaks our rules, report them. It takes a few taps and it is confidential: we never tell the other person who reported them.
- In the app: open their profile or your chat with them and tap Report. You can also report groups, messages in group chats and events. From the Safety Center in the app, you can report someone you matched with in the last 30 days.
- Reporting blocks them for you straight away. Unmatching also ends the chat and stops them contacting you.
- What happens next: a person on our safety team reviews every report, starting with threats, minors and intimate images. We aim to review each one within 24 hours. We may remove content, warn, suspend or ban. Details are in our Safety Policy.
