I can't log in
Sign in the same way you signed up: with your phone number, Apple or Google. Lost your number? Tap Log in with email. If your account was suspended, you'll see a message that explains what to do.
Try these steps
- Use the same method you signed up with: Continue with number, Continue with Apple or Continue with Google.
- If the SMS code doesn't arrive, see I didn't get my SMS code.
- Lost your number? Tap Lost access to your number? Log in with email. This works if you confirmed your email in Vennu.
- Update Vennu to the newest version.
If you see "This account has been suspended"
Your account was suspended or banned. Email support@vennuapp.com and include the phone number or email you signed up with. How appeals work.
Good to know
- Vennu has no passwords. We'll never ask you for a login code.
