I didn't get my SMS code
Check that your number and country code are right and that you have signal, then wait 30 seconds and tap Resend code. If it still doesn't arrive, sign in with Apple, Google or your confirmed email — or contact us.
Try these steps
- Check the number on screen, including the country code (for the US: +1).
- Make sure your phone can receive text messages — you usually need mobile signal.
- Wait until the timer runs out (about 30 seconds), then tap Resend code.
- Check that your phone doesn't block texts from unknown senders or short codes.
- Restart your phone and try again.

- Continue with Apple or Continue with Google, if you used one of these before.
- Lost access to your number? Log in with email — this works if you confirmed your email address in Vennu.
Good to know
- The code has 6 digits and only works for a short time. Always use the newest one.
- Some sign-in limits apply to protect accounts. If you've tried many times, wait a while before trying again.
