I didn't get my email code
Check your spam, junk and promotions folders for an email from Vennu, check that the address is spelled right, then ask for a new code after 30 seconds.
Try these steps
- Look in your spam, junk and promotions folders.
- Check the email address you typed. A small typo means the code goes somewhere else.
- Wait until the timer runs out (about 30 seconds), then tap Send a new code.
- Use only the newest code. It has 6 digits.
Good to know
- During sign-up you can tap I'll verify later and confirm your email another time.
- You can only log in with email if you confirmed your address before.
