How do I change my email address?

You can't change your email in the app yet. Contact us from your current email or with the phone number in your account, and a person will help you.

See your current email

Open the Profile tab → gear icon → Login details.

Good to know

  • Your email is used for login codes if you lose your number, for important account emails and, if you allow it, for news from Vennu.
  • To stop marketing emails, turn off Emails from VENNU in Notifications. Login codes are always sent.
