How do I change my phone number?
You can't change your phone number in the app yet. Contact us from the email address in your account, and a person will help you.
See your current number
Open the Profile tab → gear icon → Login details.
Lost access to your old number?
If you confirmed your email in Vennu, you can still sign in: on the welcome screen, tap Lost access to your number? Log in with email.
Good to know
- When you write to us, include your old number and the email in your account. Never send us a login code.
