I think my account was hacked
Contact us right away from the email in your account. Then secure your phone number, email, Apple ID or Google account — that's what gives access to Vennu. Never share a login code with anyone.
Steps
- Contact us and tell us what happened, from the email or phone number in your account.
- Secure your login. Vennu logs you in with a code sent to your phone, or with Apple or Google. Change the passwords of your email, Apple ID or Google account, and ask your mobile carrier to protect your number (for example with a PIN).
- Check your matches and chats. If someone sent messages as you, tell us which ones.
Good to know
- Vennu will never ask you for a login code. Anyone who asks for one is trying to take over your account.
- Signing out only signs out the phone you're using.
