Can I get my account back after deleting it?

No. Deletion is immediate and permanent — we can't restore your profile, matches or messages. You can sign up again with a new, empty account.

Good to know

  • If you only need a break, hide yourself in a mode instead of deleting.
  • Your PRO or VIP subscription isn't linked to a new account automatically. If you still pay, sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account and tap Restore purchases in My Plan.
  • If an account was banned, a new account with the same details is blocked too.
