How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile tab → gear icon → Settings → scroll down → Delete account. Deleting is immediate and can't be undone. It doesn't cancel a subscription — cancel that in the App Store or Google Play.
In the app
- Open the Profile tab and tap the gear icon.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Tap Delete my account, then confirm with Delete account.
Without the app
Our delete account page explains how to ask us by email. We complete the deletion within 30 days.
What happens
- Your account, profile, matches and messages are deleted right away, and your photos soon after. Others can no longer see you.
- Backups are overwritten within 7 days.
- We keep a small amount of data where the law or safety requires it — for example reports, and what we need to keep banned people off Vennu.
Good to know
- Deleting your account doesn't cancel PRO or VIP. Cancel in the store first.
