How do I download my data?

In the app: Profile tab → gear icon → Contact & FAQ → Request my data. You get a file with your data right away. You can do this once every 30 days.

Steps

  1. Open the Profile tab and tap the gear icon.
  2. Tap Contact & FAQ, then Request my data.
  3. Your phone's share menu opens with a file named like vennu-data-2026-09-23.json. Save it or send it to yourself.

What's in it

Your account and profile details, photo records, the messages you sent, your matches and likes, and more.

Good to know

  • One export every 30 days. If you tried too soon, the app tells you the next possible date.
  • The file is in JSON, a format computers can read. You can open it with any text editor.
  • Already deleted your account, or need something else? Email support@vennuapp.com with the subject "Privacy request". Contact us.
