How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel in the store you bought from — Apple or Google. You keep PRO or VIP until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it.
On iPhone
- Open the Settings app and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions, then Vennu.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
You can also open Vennu → Profile tab → gear icon → My Plan → Manage subscription.
On Android
- Open the Google Play app and tap your profile picture.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Vennu.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
Good to know
- Deleting the app or your Vennu account does not cancel your subscription.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
- After you cancel, My Plan shows Member until the last day of your plan.
- On Android, please use Google Play to cancel. Known issue.
