Can I get a refund?
Purchases in Vennu are made through Apple or Google, so refunds are handled by them under their rules. You can ask for one on their websites. Your rights under your state's law still apply.
On iPhone
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
- Choose Request a refund, pick the reason and the Vennu purchase.
On Android
Follow Google Play's refund steps. Within a short time after buying, you can often request a refund in Google Play yourself; after that, Google's support decides.
Good to know
- If Apple or Google refunds a subscription, PRO or VIP ends right away.
- If a Boost purchase is refunded, those Boosts are removed.
- A refund doesn't cancel future renewals — cancel too if you don't want to be charged again.
