Who is charging me — Apple, Google or Vennu?

Apple or Google. Every PRO, VIP and Boost purchase in Vennu is paid through the App Store or Google Play, so the charge comes from them.

Find the purchase

  • iPhone: Settings → your name → Media & Purchases → View Account → Purchase History.
  • Android: Google Play → profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history.

Good to know

  • Vennu is run by Gutenwords LLC. You never enter card details in Vennu.
  • If you don't recognize a charge, check whether someone else in your family uses your Apple ID or Google account.
