PRO, VIP, boosts, cancelling, refunds and invites.
- What's the difference between Free, PRO and VIP?Free covers everything you need to meet people. PRO adds unlimited likes, seeing who likes you, undo, advanced filters, custom location and liking event attendees. VIP adds VIP deals, more visibility and profile insights on top of PRO.
- How much do PRO and VIP cost?PRO costs $24.99 a month and VIP $34.99 a month in the US. Longer plans cost less per month, and weekly plans are available too. The final price is shown in the App Store or Google Play before you pay.
- How do I cancel my subscription?Cancel in the store you bought from — Apple or Google. You keep PRO or VIP until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it.
- Can I get a refund?Purchases in Vennu are made through Apple or Google, so refunds are handled by them under their rules. You can ask for one on their websites. Your rights under your state's law still apply.
- I paid, but I don't have PRO or VIPTap Restore purchases in the app while signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you paid with. That usually fixes it within seconds.
- How do I restore my purchases on a new phone?Sign in to your Vennu account on the new phone. Your PRO or VIP is linked to your Vennu account. If it doesn't show, tap Restore purchases in My Plan.
- Can I switch from PRO to VIP, or back?Yes. Upgrade in the app — in My Plan, PRO members can tap Get VIP. To downgrade, change your plan in the App Store or Google Play.
- What is a Boost?A Boost puts your profile at the front of the deck for 1 hour, so more people see you. Boosts are one-time purchases, work with any plan and never expire until you use them.
- My Boost didn't seem to workWhile a Boost runs, the middle button in the bottom bar shows a countdown. When it ends, Vennu shows how many likes you got. Fewer people are active at some times, so the result can vary.
- How do invites work — and what do I get?Share your personal invite link. When a friend signs up with it and finishes setting up their account, you both get 1 free Boost.
- Does my subscription pause if I hide my profile?No. Hiding yourself in a mode doesn't pause or stop your subscription — it keeps renewing until you cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.
- Why was I charged again?PRO and VIP renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. To stop the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
- Who is charging me — Apple, Google or Vennu?Apple or Google. Every PRO, VIP and Boost purchase in Vennu is paid through the App Store or Google Play, so the charge comes from them.
- What happens to my subscription if I'm banned?A ban doesn't stop billing in the App Store or Google Play — cancel there yourself. Vennu doesn't refund subscriptions or Boosts after a ban, except where the law or the store's policy requires it.
