Can I switch from PRO to VIP, or back?
Yes. Upgrade in the app — in My Plan, PRO members can tap Get VIP. To downgrade, change your plan in the App Store or Google Play.
Upgrade to VIP
- Open the Profile tab → gear icon → My Plan.
- Tap Get VIP and choose a plan.
Downgrade to PRO
Change your subscription in the store: on iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Vennu; on Android in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Good to know
- On Android, an upgrade starts right away and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. A downgrade starts at your next renewal.
- On iPhone, Apple handles the switch and tells you when it starts.
