My Boost didn't seem to work
While a Boost runs, the middle button in the bottom bar shows a countdown. When it ends, Vennu shows how many likes you got. Fewer people are active at some times, so the result can vary.
Check that it's running
- The middle button in the bottom bar shows a countdown.
- The Boost screen says You're boosted.
Just bought Boosts?
Right after you pay, Vennu says Purchase complete. and how many Boosts are on their way. They're usually added within a few seconds. Until then, the button on the Boost screen says Adding your Boosts…, and you can close the screen.
If they're still not there after about a minute, you see Purchase received. Your Boosts will appear in a moment. Close Vennu and open it again. Still missing? Contact us with the date of the purchase and whether you paid through Apple or Google.

- Boost when many people are likely to be online.
- Make sure your filters and your location are right, and that you're visible in the mode you use.
- Great photos and a full profile help people like you.
Good to know
- When your Boost ends, you see Your Boost is over and the number of likes you got.
