My Boost didn't seem to work

While a Boost runs, the middle button in the bottom bar shows a countdown. When it ends, Vennu shows how many likes you got. Fewer people are active at some times, so the result can vary.

Check that it's running

  • The middle button in the bottom bar shows a countdown.
  • The Boost screen says You're boosted.

Just bought Boosts?

If you see Purchase received — your boosts will appear in a moment., wait a few seconds. If they don't show up, try Restore purchases in My Plan.

Getting more from a Boost

  • Boost when many people are likely to be online.
  • Make sure your filters and your location are right, and that you're visible in the mode you use.
  • Great photos and a full profile help people like you.

Good to know

  • When your Boost ends, you see Your boost is over and the number of likes you got.
