Why was I charged again?
PRO and VIP renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. To stop the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
Check your renewal date
Open the Profile tab → gear icon → My Plan. Your plan shows Renews with the date — or Member until if you already cancelled.
Good to know
- Deleting the app or your account doesn't stop renewals. Cancel in the store.
- If prices change, you'll be told before it affects your subscription.
- Think the charge is wrong? Request a refund from Apple or Google.
