How do I find events and places near me?Tap Explore in the bottom bar. Home shows highlights, Events shows what's on each day, and Places lists bars, restaurants and more — also on a map.
Who picks the events and places on Vennu?The Vennu team. We research and check every event and place before it goes live — no one can publish one without us.
Do I need a ticket for an event?Vennu doesn't sell tickets. If an event needs a ticket or a reservation, the button on the event page takes you to the organizer's own site.
What are VIP deals?VIP deals are perks at partner venues — for example free entry, a drink or a discount. They are only for VIP members.
How do I redeem a VIP deal?At the venue, open the deal in Vennu and follow the one main button: copy the code, open the offer, or tap Redeem now and show the screen to the staff.
The venue didn't honor my dealSorry about that. Rate the visit in the app and choose Deal not honored, then contact us with the venue name and the time. We'll make it right where we reasonably can.
The place was closed or the event was cancelledReport it from the event or place page so we can fix the listing. If a date of a regular event is cancelled, people who saved it or said they're going get a notification.
I was charged something unexpected at a venueBills at a venue are between you and the venue, so first ask the staff or the manager. Please tell us too, so we can check the listing.
Can everyone use deals that include alcohol?No. Deals that include alcohol are marked 21+ and are only shown to — and can only be redeemed by — members who are 21 or older. The venue can still check your ID.
Can I like people who are going to an event?Everyone can see who's going to an event. To like people from that list, you need PRO or VIP.
What's the safest way to meet someone at an event?Meet in a public place, get there and home on your own, tell a friend where you're going, and keep your drink with you. If you feel unsafe, leave — and in an emergency, call 911.
I run a venue — how do I get listed on Vennu?Apply on our partner page. Listing is free: there's no setup fee and no monthly fee. We ask for one real perk for Vennu members, and we reply within about seven days.
