How do I redeem a VIP deal?

Steps

1. At the venue, open the place or event in Vennu and tap its deal.
2. Do what the deal shows:
   • A code — show it or type it at checkout. Tap Copy code to copy it.
   • Open the offer — follows a link to the offer.
   • Redeem now — shows a screen with a live timer. Show this screen to the staff. It stays valid for 5 minutes.
3. Some venues also let you Scan the venue code or Show your Vennu Pass.

Good to know

• Only tap Redeem now when you're with the staff — the timer starts right away.
• If you've used a deal for now, you'll see that it resets with the next period.
• After redeeming, you can rate the visit. That helps us keep deals honest.
