Sorry about that. Rate the visit in the app and choose Deal not honored, then contact us with the venue name and the time. We'll make it right where we reasonably can.
What to do
- After redeeming, tap Done — rate this visit and choose Deal not honored (or Staff did not know it / Not as described).
- Contact us: tell us the venue, the date and time, and what the staff said.
What we do
Our Terms say it plainly: if a partner venue fails to honor a valid deal, contact us and we will make it right where we reasonably can.
