Why wasn't my photo published?
Our automatic check flagged the photo as nudity or sexual content, so it isn't shown to anyone. Replace it with another photo. If you think the check got it wrong, tap Contact support.
When a photo is flagged, it shows Not published in your profile, and you see the message Photo not published.
What to do
- Open the Profile tab, then tap the pencil icon for Edit profile.
- Remove the flagged photo and add a different one.
- If you think the photo was flagged by mistake, tap Contact support in the message. This opens an email to our team with the subject already filled in.
Good to know
- The automatic check looks for nudity and sexual content. Photos that are only dark or blurry are never rejected — the app just suggests a better one.
- What's allowed on Vennu is described in our Community Guidelines. Breaking them can lead to a suspension or a ban.
