My messages aren't arriving
Check your connection and update the app. A message with an error icon didn't send — tap it to try again. If you don't get notifications, check your notification settings.
If your message doesn't send
- Look at the icon next to your message: a spinner means sending, a check means sent, an error icon means it failed.
- Tap a failed message to send it again.
- Check your internet connection.
- Update Vennu from the App Store or Google Play. Very old versions ask you to update.
If you don't get notifications
- Open the Profile tab → gear icon → Notifications, and make sure Messages is on.
- Allow notifications for Vennu in your phone's settings.
Good to know
- Message notifications arrive right away, day or night. For quiet nights, use Focus or Do Not Disturb on your phone.
- If the chat is gone, the other person may have unmatched. Why matches disappear.
- There's a limit of 60 messages per minute.
