The deck, filters, likes, matches and messages.

How does the deck decide who I see?The deck shows people who fit your filters and who are open to meeting someone like you. People who were active recently and are closer to you come first. Shared interests and languages help a little.
Why don't I see anyone in the deck?Usually your filters are too narrow, you're hidden in this mode, your location is missing, or you've seen everyone nearby. Check these one by one.
Why do I see profiles I already swiped?Profiles you passed on can come back after 180 days. Your swipes also count per mode, so someone you passed in Love Mode can show up in Friends Mode.
How many likes do I get?Free members get 15 likes every 24 hours. PRO and VIP members have unlimited likes.
How can I see who liked me?Open the Likes tab. Free members see the name and age with a blurred photo. PRO and VIP members see everyone clearly and can open their profiles.
Can I undo a swipe?With PRO or VIP you can undo your last pass within 1 hour. Likes can't be undone.
How do filters work?Everyone can filter by gender, age and distance. PRO and VIP members also get advanced filters: vibe, height, languages, drinking, smoking, workout, diet, kids and pets.
What happens when we match?When you both like each other, you match and a chat opens for you both. Tap Chat now to say hello, or keep swiping and write later from the Chats tab.
Why did a match or chat disappear?A match disappears when one of you unmatched or reported the other, or when an account was deleted. To protect everyone's privacy, we can't tell you which one it was.
How do I unmatch someone?Open the chat, tap the ⋯ menu at the top and choose Unmatch. The match and the chat disappear for both of you, and you won't see each other again.
How do voice messages work?In a chat, hold the microphone button to record and let go to send. Voice messages can be 1 to 60 seconds long.
Can I send photos in chat?No. In chats you can send text (up to 2,000 characters) and voice messages, and share events or plans. Sending photos isn't possible.
My messages aren't arrivingCheck your connection and update the app. A message with an error icon didn't send — tap it to try again. If you don't get notifications, check your notification settings.
