Why don't I see anyone in the deck?
Usually your filters are too narrow, you're hidden in this mode, your location is missing, or you've seen everyone nearby. Check these one by one.
Check these
- Your filters. In the deck, tap the filters icon at the top. Widen Age range and Maximum distance, and set Show me to include more people. Tap Save & Continue.
- Show people further away. Turn it on to see people outside your distance when no one is left inside it.
- Your mode is on. Open the Profile tab → pencil icon → Edit profile → Options, and check Show me in Love Mode or Show me in Friends Mode.
- Your location. Allow Vennu to use your location while using the app, then reopen it.
- Your connection. If you see You're offline, reconnect and tap Retry.
Good to know
- If the deck says No more profiles right now, you've seen everyone who fits. Try again later — new people join every day.
- If it says Vennu is just getting started near you, there aren't enough people nearby yet. Tap Invite friends — you both get a free Boost.
