Chef Jeremy Ford's kitchen works from seasonal produce, much of it local, and a cocktail list that follows the same idea. A chef's tasting menu is served in the dining room; a la carte and the tasting are also available at the bar.
Ford created the restaurant. The philosophy is stubborn on purpose: rigid execution, not a long casual menu. Attention stays on the plate, quiet enough to notice it.
