Two sisters run Honey Veil from their mother's baking: cakes and breads from scratch, with care, connection, and comfort as the point.
A cup of matcha sits with the bakery case. House-made syrups flavor the drinks, and Honey Whip is part of the cup. The sourdough side includes cinnamon rolls, chocolate chip cookies, and blueberry scones.
A farmers-market stall became a trailer, and the trailer became the first store. The South Miami cafe still treats that family line as the work.
