About
Zak the Baker joins traditional-craft kosher baking with a full-service cafe.
Bread is naturally leavened sourdough, baguettes, and challah, mixed, shaped, and baked every morning. The pastry kitchen turns out viennoiserie, babka, rugelach, cookies, and cakes by hand. A scratch kitchen works with local ingredients and seasonal flavor. The house puts bread, pastry, savory cooking, drinks, hospitality, and agriculture in one place.
The cafe is warm and unhurried, made to be lingered over. The bakery is certified kosher under Miami Dade Kosher.
