The Joyce recasts classic American dining through a modern lens — a Chicago steakhouse idea, recut for Miami Beach.
Executive Chef James C. Taylor leads a menu of aged steaks, seafood, housemade pastas, and a few house plates. Typical orders include The Joyce Cheeseburger, the Crispy Snapper Crunchwrap, the Chicago Cut Ribeye, and the Japanese Wagyu Filet Mignon.
Spicy Hospitality Group is the operator. It stays a restrained steakhouse: familiar dishes, cooked carefully, without turning the evening into a show.
