About
Named for the Roman goddess of sowing seeds, Seia serves contemporary Italian cooking high above Brickell.
The kitchen works from Italian tradition and the season. Typical plates include Carciofo alla Brace, Branzino, Cotoletta alla Milanese, and Bucatini Cacio e Pepe, with a full pasta and antipasti list beside them.
OKO Group and The Bastion Collection developed the restaurant. Executive chefs Alessandro Morrone, raised in Naples, and Salvatore Martone share the stove. Seasonality and craft lead here, not a long performance.
