French-style sandwiches, finished with the house vinaigrette called Magic Sauce, are made to order at La Sandwicherie South Beach.
Sandwiches are built on a French baguette, wheat baguette, or croissant, with proteins such as ham, turkey, roast beef, and smoked salmon, and vegetable toppings included. Salads, juices, and smoothies sit beside the counter. Magic Sauce also goes on the salads.
The South Beach shop has been at this since 1988. Service is an outdoor counter: one order at a time, without extra ritual.
