Kinona Studio is a reformer Pilates studio in Brickell for private sessions and small groups, not a large gym floor.
Classes are private or capped at four. The method is Stott Pilates. Kinona Body Sculpt is the 50-minute reformer class; Energizing Flow and duet sessions sit on the same board.
Valeriia founded Kinona after working in Toronto reformer studios and then Miami. The tone is focused and small: one class, close instruction.
