About
Wood-fired, locally sourced Mediterranean cooking, with French and Persian notes, is the work of Fooq's and chef-owner David Foulquier.
Dips arrive with homemade za'atar bread. Kebabs and other proteins cook over a live-fire charcoal grill. Typical plates include Tomato Pide with sumac onion and stracciatella, Charcoal Grilled Chicken Kebab, and Jeweled Rice Tahdig.
The restaurant opened in Downtown Miami in 2015 as a nod to Foulquier's Persian roots and now sits in Little River. The setting is called warm and community-driven.
